Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing FlashNest Courses (the “Service”), creating an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing any digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on the organization’s behalf and that the organization will be responsible for your use of the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service responsibly, ethically, and only for lawful purposes. In particular:

• No unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, scraping, or redistribution of course materials, videos, or downloadable assets.
• No attempts to disrupt the Service, bypass access controls, probe security, or interfere with other users.
• Respect privacy, sources, and fellow learners; do not post personal data without consent.
• No fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or false claims regarding completion and refund eligibility.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, including behavior that risks harm to the platform, instructors, or learners.

3. Payments

Prices are displayed before purchase. Where applicable, taxes and fees are shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the specified amount for your purchase.

Access to paid course content may be provided immediately after successful payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, access may be restricted until the issue is resolved.

4. Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of a course is completed. Completion is measured by viewing progress and/or lesson checkpoints where applicable.

We may decline refund requests that indicate misuse (for example: bulk downloading, systematic consumption, or repeated refunds). Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

5. Liability

We provide the Service and content “as-is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible, for example via site notice or email to the address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
